By accessing and using IBZENITH services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this Service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download materials for personal, non-commercial viewing only. You may not modify, copy, reproduce for commercial purposes, decompile, or transfer the materials to another person or server.
3. Disclaimer
Materials are provided ‘as is’. IBZENITH makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of rights.
4. Limitations of Liability
IBZENITH shall not be liable for any damages (including loss of data or profit, business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use the website, even if notified of the possibility of such damage.
5. Accuracy of Materials
Materials may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. IBZENITH does not warrant accuracy or completeness and may change materials at any time without notice.
6. Modifications
IBZENITH may revise these terms at any time without notice. Your continued use indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
7. Tutoring Services Terms
Booking & Cancellation
- Sessions booked at least 48 hours in advance when possible
- Cancellations with 48+ hours notice: no charge
- Cancellations with <48 hours notice: session is charged
Payment
- Sessions paid upfront (monthly or package-based)
- Invoices provided for each payment
- Refunds follow the Refund Policy
Academic Integrity
- IBZENITH provides mentorship and guidance only
- We do NOT write IAs, EEs, essays, or assignments
- Student work must be their own
Tutor-Student Relationship
- Relationship is professional and educational only
- Communication is about academic content
- Sessions recorded only with explicit permission
- Inappropriate conduct results in immediate termination
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials on IBZENITH are protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute without permission.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
