Refund Policy

IBZENITH offers refunds under specific circumstances. All refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

1. Monthly Packages

7-Day Refund: Full refund (100%) if cancelled within 7 days of purchase.

After 7 Days: Refund for unused sessions minus 10% administrative fee.

Example: 4 sessions purchased (₹14,000), 1 completed. Refund: (3 × ₹3,500) – 10% = ₹8,505.

7-Day Refund: Full refund (100%) if cancelled within 7 days.

After 7 Days: Refund for unused sessions minus 15% administrative fee.

Example: 12 sessions purchased (₹39,600), 4 completed. Refund: (8 × ₹3,300) – 15% = ₹22,440.

Non-Refundable Once Started: Once a tutor reviews your work or gives feedback, the package cannot be refunded.

Exception: If you haven’t started (no sessions completed, no work reviewed), request a refund within 7 days minus 15% administrative fee.

Non-Refundable: Bootcamp sessions are scheduled on a tight exam timeline. Rescheduling is possible; refunds are not.

You can pause sessions for up to 4 weeks at no cost. Your tutor holds your slot. Pausing is preferable to cancelling.

Request a credit (for future sessions) instead of a refund. Credits don’t expire for 12 months.
