How IBZENITH Works

How IBZENITH Works

IBZENITH follows a straightforward five-stage process: consultation, assessment, regular tutoring, exam preparation, and follow-up. We don’t have hidden steps or surprise costs. Here’s exactly what happens from the moment you contact us to the day you walk into your exam.

Stage 1: Initial Consultation (15–30 minutes)

You reach out to IBZENITH via WhatsApp, email, or phone. A class coordinator listens to your situation and asks about your subject, level, predicted grade, where you’re struggling, timeline, and other commitments.

Outcome: An honest assessment of what’s realistic and what tutoring frequency we’d recommend.

Stage 2: First Session & Assessment (50–60 minutes)

Your tutor meets you, gets to know your learning style, assesses your current level, and identifies your gaps. By the end, you’ll have a clear picture of where you stand and a personalised tutoring plan.

Stage 3: Regular Sessions (50–60 minutes each, 1–3 per week)

Your working sessions. No two are the same because they’re tailored to your needs and progress. You might work on exam technique, past papers, IA drafts, or EE research questions.

Stage 4: Exam Preparation (Weeks 8–12 Before Exams)

Sessions shift to exam simulation and strategy. You’re doing full timed past papers, your tutor marks them strictly against the IB markscheme, and you focus on high-leverage improvements.

Stage 5: Post-Exam & Follow-Up

After your exam, you’re done. But we stay in touch. Your tutor is available for 1–2 follow-up sessions if you want to discuss the exam or debrief results.

Session Structure

Minutes 0–5: Check-in. How have you been? Any questions?
Minutes 5–40: Main content. Work through a concept, past-paper question, or draft.
Minutes 40–50: Consolidation. What’s the one thing you got? Here’s what to practise next.
After: Your tutor sends brief notes and reviews any work you submitted.

What You Need

Technology: A laptop or tablet, quiet space, reliable internet.

Materials: Your IB syllabus, past papers, notebook for notes.

That’s it. Your tutor will have all the IB-specific resources.

Commitment & Consistency

IBZENITH works best with consistent attendance and effort between sessions. Expect 30–60 minutes of practice between sessions. We’re honest: if you’re booking but not practising, we’ll tell you.

We’re partners, not teachers-on-a-pedestal. If something isn’t working, tell us and we’ll adapt.
